  • Session 2 — building a requirements list that a vendor can quote against
  • Session 3 — how to read an ERP proposal, and the questions that expose a weak one
  • Session 4 — realistic budgets and timelines by business type

You leave with a documented requirements outline you can take to any vendor, including ones that are not us.

Who it is for: owners, finance directors and operations heads at UAE businesses in the 15–150 employee range. Limited to 25 places so the discussion stays useful.
